Abstract

Abstrak: This research aims to reveal how student’s perception about strict action of education which is given by guidance dan counseling’s teacher at SMP N 24 Padang. This research is descriptive research which is the data was collected by using questionnaires and the subject was the 59 students on the second and the third grade of SMP 24 Padang who violate the rules of school. The finding of this research reveal that studens’ perpection about stict action of education which given by guidance and counseling’s teacher is excellent. Keyword: Strict action of education

Abstract

students motivation to learns influence by input and output students like family. The parents need to create harmony family such as sakinah, mawaddah, warrahmah family. The fact, often fight in the family because their  parents carelless to their children. Purpose of the research to the test about correlation harmony family and students motivation to learn. This method quantitative with kind of descriptive correlational. Abstract

During the learning process, students need to be competence. Group guidance can be used to improve the independency of the students. An experimental pre post-test control group design was utilized to test whether group guidance can better improve theindependency of student’s learning. Two purposive sample classes of student were selected from SMA N 1 and SMA N 2 Sungai Tarab. The findings of this study were: (1) there is a significant difference between pre-test and posttest score of the experimental group and (2) significant difference between the experimental group on the students' independence score with self control group.

Abstract

A good treatment of parents should be able to give to their children in carrying out the development, so that children can apply the treatment was well in their environment, including the development of self-adjustment. In fact many children who can not develop a self-adjustment was well in school because it gets no better treatment than their parents. This study aims to reveal the relationship between the treatment of parents with students adjustment in the school. The type a descriptive correlational study with findings that parental treatment is quite good, the adjustment of students in the school is quite good and there is a significant relationship between parental treatment adjustment of students at the school.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate guidance and counseling module to prevent bullying at school and to describe the level of applicability used by counselor. The method used was ADDIE model development. The subjects of the research consisted of guidance and counseling expert and the intended target of the module (counselor), chosen through purposive sampling. The instruments used were questionnaire and focus group discussion (FGD). The data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that prototype modules developed to prevent bullying at school is applicable used by the counselor and those modules can be utilized by counselor to prevent bullying at school.

Abstract

Causes of low student achievement is influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. The reality on the ground, a lot of students who have low academic achievement, students often go out into the current study. Research purposes to describe the factors causing low class VIII student achievement. The form is a descriptive study, results revealed low achievement on internal factors, namely: the most prominent motivational factor to the low student achievement, while the external factors are: the relation of factors the most prominent member of the family to be the cause of low student achievement. Abstract

ABSTRACT The reality on the ground revealed there are some teenage students exhibit behavior that can not work well with their peers, and there are some that are not accepted by the group. This study aimed to describe anything any problems experienced by the students to interact, especially in play and learning in schools. This study used a descriptive approach. Stratified sampling technique is random sampling. The study's findings reveal a problem of social interaction in playing covers issues have the same interests and values​​, understand, provide security, and reliable. Then the problem of social interaction in learning covering problem can respect others, accept others, cooperate, and have the attitude to enjoy life with others in learning. Abstract

Readiness to learn is the most important factor in determining student success in learning. In fact encountered many students have not the readiness to learn like this out in the study, like cheating friend tasks, ofter borrow book friends. The study aims to reveal the relationship readiness to learn of students with learning achievement. Type a descriptive correlational research with findings readiness to learn student quite good, student achievement is quite good, there is a significant relationship between students learning readiness learning achievement.

Abstract

The discovery from this research are: (1) condition of self-esteem of high school students in particular 8 students experiment is still relatively low. (2) There were significant differences between students’ Self-Esteem in pre-test and post-test from Experimental group. (3) There was no significant defferences between Self-Esteem in pre-test and post-test from control group students. (4) There were significant differences between students’ Self–Esteem  in post-test from Control group and post-test from Experimental group. Based on the discovery above, we can conclude that implemeting role playing  is effective to be used in group guidance service to increase students’ Self-Esteem.  This research shows that is important to apply role playing in group guidance service that espoused with supervision from teacher and counselor at school, so that it can increase students’ Self-Esteem.

Abstract

Families, especially parents play an important role in the life of a child. Because parents through their actions will shape the character, the attitude and actions of children. Actually many students have low self-control because of parenting. The research purpose to reveal correlation the parenting with self-control students. Research methods used are descriptive correlational. Result of research show parenting is quite good, self-control students is quite high and there is a significant correlation parenting with self-control students.
